Our shop is developed in Woocommerce and hosted on our server. Online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our products and services.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Square stores your credit card details. It is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once completed, the purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set forth by PCI-DSS administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Payment will be charged at the time of order. Full payment must be received in advance before products are prepared or delivered. If you subsequently withdraw, dispute, collect or reverse any payment, you must pay the full amount of the sale, plus an administrative fee and any additional fees incurred by Carol Flowers and Balloons. If you place an order through a company, we may accept credit terms through a separate written agreement. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Pricing Information:

Carol Flowers and Balloons cannot confirm the price of an item until after you place your order.

Pricing errors may occur at Carol Flowers and Balloons. Carol Flowers and Balloons reserves the right to cancel any order containing pricing errors, without further liability to you, even after receiving an order confirmation or shipping notice from Carol Flowers and Balloons. Carol Flowers and Balloons may, at its discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. The price of the products may be different on the Carol Flowers and Balloons website compared to the products in the store.

Delivery:

Carol Flowers and Balloons is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once an order leaves our possession.

If you choose a specific delivery date when placing your order, we will do our best to arrange for delivery on that day. We only deliver in Miami Dade County, we do not deliver outside of those areas. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are only estimates and are not binding and that you have no claims against us for delays or early deliveries. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over the delivery process and recommend that you choose a delivery date at least one day in advance to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments that do not release you from your obligation to accept and pay for the remaining deliveries.

REFUND POLICIES

Our items are individually created to your specific order and often personalized to the recipient. Due to the characteristics of the product there are no cancellations or returns.

Arrangement Specifications

The arrangements presented in the images may vary slightly in terms of shape, type of base and accessories, due to the season and availability. Carol Flowers and Balloons Corp, undertakes as much as possible to match or improve the arrangement, always for the benefit of the client.

Quality Guarantee

At Carol Flowers and Balloons Corp we are committed to making an exclusive design of the best quality like the one we offer in our photos, in such a way that it meets the client’s expectations. Therefore, when placing the order, the client can Request a photo of the finished arrangement at no cost.

Custom Products

There will also be no refund in the case of personalized products, so after the purchase is made, the buyer will not be able to demand a refund.

Deliveries on important dates

February 14 and Mother’s Day are established as important dates due to the high demand we have on those dates. The client should consider placing their orders much more in advance and the time frame for delivery is much wider than the regular dates.

Delivery of Rejected Arrangements

In the event that the recipient does not want to receive the arrangement, the buyer will be notified. Carol Flowers and Balloons Corp does not make refunds.

Balloon Delivery

The balloons are inflated and prepared on the day delivery. The float time of latex balloons is limited to 12 to 24 hours. Foil / Mylar balloons can float for up to 5-7 days. Please note that many hospitals do not allow latex balloons.
